Let's Food
Let's Food is an association created in 2017 by Anna Faucher and Louison Lançon.
From the initial Let's Food Cities project to the construction of an offer for local authorities, Let's Food aims to build innovative synergies and creative projects to accelerate the agro-ecological and food transition in France and worldwide.
Anna faucher
Director, co-founder
Expert in public food policies and international cooperation
Anna has an initial education in Political Science and International Cooperation. After several professional experiences in international organisations (UNESCO, FAO), she decided to complete her training with a Master's degree in "Innovations and policies for sustainable food" at Montpellier SupAgro. Anna then worked for 3 years at the IUFN, which assists French local authorities in setting up territorial food projects. She carried out the diagnosis of the food system of Bordeaux and the Basque Country, and accompanied the food projects of Nantes Métropole and the Communauté d'Agglomération du Havre. She is also behind the first food policy council in France: the Advisory Council for Sustainable Food Governance led by Bordeaux Métropole.

For 3 years, Louison worked at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), in the "Food for the Cities" programme. She sensitizes and accompanies local governments of Southern countries (notably Zambia and Senegal) in their transition towards sustainable and resilient territorial food systems (sustainability diagnoses, multi-stakeholder co-construction, dialogue and political advocacy).
